Zero to 100 (And back down to Zero again) – Alison Thea-Skot

A workshop in stretching yourself and your improv choices to the max! How can you make fun moves, extend them, and then most importantly have the discipline to come back down to the ground again.
This workshop will help you explore which parts of ourselves can we stretch right up to 100. Let’s go big and go small ….. and then go home full of fun ideas.
Improv Experience: This workshop would not suit beginners. Participants can ideally start, maintain and end a scene.
