The Cutting Room – Jonathan Pitts

The Cutting Room is a fast paced, fantastical, wild roller coaster ride of a form. It combines short form and long form in one frothy mix. The scenes and stories can take place anywhere in this world or in any world in any galaxy. If espresso was an improv form, this is what it would be, so drink some coffee (iced or hot) and come play!
The Cutting Room, was created by Scotland’s Peter Aitchson and Jonathan learned it in 2018 when he was a guest player for Peter’s team in the Edinburgh Fringe where Jonathan did 21 shows in 19 days with them. This format is easy to learn, easy to play, and the only limits of the imaginary worlds that the students can create, define or explore are the limits of their collective imaginations.
Improv Experience: At least 6 months of prior improv training and experience.
